Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning physical goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For contracts concerning physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Digital Products

For digital content that is supplied electronically and not on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun to perform the contract, provided that:

  1. you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; and

  2. you have confirmed that you are aware that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins.

The required consent and acknowledgement are obtained during the checkout or digital-delivery process where applicable.

Defective or Incorrect Products

The statutory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected by this withdrawal policy.
