Physical Products

Ora et Forma offers international shipping to destinations available at checkout.

Physical products are produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Gelato. Depending on the product and destination, orders may be produced by a fulfillment partner in or near the destination country or shipped internationally through Gelato's global production network.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the product, destination, quantity, and available shipping method.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Some products and destinations use predefined shipping rates, while others may have shipping costs calculated according to the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, production location, destination country, order size, production capacity, and shipping method selected.

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is the most relevant estimate for your specific order. Delivery estimates include both production/fulfillment time and shipping time. They are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Where available, customers may be offered different shipping methods, such as Standard/Economy or Express. Available options depend on the destination and product.

Order Processing

Because physical products are produced on demand, an order enters production after it has been placed.

Once the product has been produced and handed to the shipping carrier, tracking information may become available depending on the shipping method. Not all shipping methods provide tracking.

International Orders and Customs

Ora et Forma ships to international destinations where shipping is available.

For many destinations, Gelato uses local or regional fulfillment to reduce shipping distance. However, some products may need to be produced or shipped internationally depending on availability, production capacity, and logistics.

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may arise according to the laws of the destination country. Any such charges that are legally payable by the recipient are the responsibility of the customer.

Gelato states that economy shipments within the European Union, UK, Norway, US, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, and Singapore are generally delivered with duties paid, but customs treatment can vary depending on the specific shipment and destination.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or if it arrives damaged or otherwise has a delivery-related problem, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the package or product.

We will review the issue and work with the fulfillment and shipping provider to resolve it.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this Shipping Policy.

Digital Products

Digital products are not physically shipped.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically through the delivery method specified for the individual product, such as a download link or digital delivery file.

No physical shipping charges apply to digital-only products.

Shipping Information at Checkout

The shipping options, applicable shipping costs, and estimated delivery information presented during checkout apply to the specific order and destination entered by the customer.
